14-Day Refund Policy

At GlassBox Education, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If not, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Refund
• The request must be made within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
• The course has not yet been delivered.
How to Request a Refund

Processing Time
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Exceptions
• Refunds are not available for digital goods already consumed.
• No refunds after the 14-day window.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect abuse or fraudulent behavior.
