At Glassbox Education, course spots and event tickets are limited and reserved in advance. The following policy outlines our refund, cancellation, and credit terms.

1. REFUNDS

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided that:

• The course has not yet been delivered or attended
  
• You provide valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  

Refund requests made after this 14-day period are not eligible for a refund.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

Because spaces/tickets are limited, cancellation timing affects eligibility:

• 14+ days before course start: Eligible for full credit toward a future class (no cancellation fee)

• 3-14 days before course start: Subject to a 20% cancellation fee (remaining balance issued as credit)

• Within 48 hours of course start: Subject to a 30% cancellation fee (remaining balance issued as credit)

• No-shows or same-day cancellations: Not eligible for refund or credit

3. CREDITS

• Credits may be applied toward future courses or ticketed events
  
  
• Credits are non-transferable
  
  
• Credits expire after 12 months of original redemption date
  

4. PROCESSING FEES

All approved refunds are subject to a 4% non-refundable processing fee, which reflects payment processing costs incurred at the time of purchase.

This fee applies regardless of the reason for the refund, including eligible refunds within the 14-day window.

Any refunds will be returned less the 4% fee.

5. EXCEPTIONS

• No refunds for courses already attended or completed
  
  
• No refunds for digital content that has been accessed or consumed
  
  
• Glassbox Education reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected misuse or fraudulent activity
