• Hands-On Haircutting: Practice Teaching in Pairs
• Creating Lesson Plans for Practical Education

Day 2: Communication & Public Speaking

Theme: Teaching Delivery & Stage Presence

• Understanding Different Learning Styles
• Building Confidence in Speaking
• Structure of an Engaging Lesson
• Public Speaking Workshop: Voice, Body Language, and Storytelling
• Teaching a Short Lesson (Filmed + Feedback)
• Group Work: Collaborative Teaching Strategy
• Daily Wrap-Up & Reflection

Day 3: Operations & Leadership

Theme: Running a Program or School

• Overview of Educational Program Structures
• Legal and Licensing Basics
• Budgeting, Staffing, and Scheduling
• Building a Student-Centered Culture

• Final Project: Present Your School or Class Model
