A highly disciplined program designed for professionals seeking a deeper level of precision, control, and technical authority.
This is a focused environment built on repetition, structure, and performance. The program develops the ability to see shape, understand material, and execute consistently at a high standard across all hair types and lengths.
Precision cutting coverage includes:
— Pixies
— Bixies
— Bobs
— Long layers & all shapes
— Barbering
— Textured hair
— Styling
This is not introductory education.
Participants are expected to arrive with existing training or salon experience and the capacity to operate within a fast-paced technical setting.
The objective is refinement — developing reliable systems that elevate confidence, efficiency, and long-term career value.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
36 Technical Cutting Sessions
12 weeks · Sunday – Tuesday
10:00 – 5:00 weekly
Week 1 — One length precision cutting and styling
Week 2 — Square structure cutting and styling
Week 3 — Round structure cutting and styling
Week 4 — Triangular structure cutting and styling
Week 5 — Creative application & styling refinement
Week 6 — Short hair discipline & grooming detail ( barbering )
Week 7 — Business seminar intensive -
Weeks 8–11 — Supervised salon clinic environment
Week 12 — Written and practical examination
The first phase focuses on mannequin work to rebuild visual discipline and strengthen technical control. The second phase transitions into live model work within a high-performance salon environment.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Completion of a recognized hair program (Marca, Iconic, Community College, Glassbox Institute or equivalent)or minimum 2 years professional salon experience
All applicants are reviewed prior to acceptance
This program operates at pace. Participants unable to maintain the standard may be removed.

Due to the structured nature of the curriculum, missed sessions are not included. Additional private instruction may be arranged at an additional fee
Deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of program commencement
Tools are not included. A recommended equipment list will be provided. Ceremony kits available if required
